FACELIFTS
A facelift is generally considered to be a repositioning of the skin around the patients face combined with a tightening of the facial muscle structures and deep skin tissue. This then gives the patient a more youthful and fresh appearance.
Most visible signs of ageing can be removed or modified with a facelift by removing access fat tissue from around the chin and neck, the underlying muscles in the face are then tightened and the skin subtly repositioned to remove facial wrinkles and brow lines.

EYELID SURGERY (Blepharoplasty)
Eyelid Surgery will lift drooping upper eyelids and also reduce the puffy “eyebags” which form below the lower eyelids. It can also remove the “crows feet effect from the outer corners of the eye, and eliminate the dark circles beneath the eyes.
These are all fairly straightforward procedure which is achieved by making small incisions along the creases of the upper or lower eyelids and removing surplus fatty tissue and skin. Cosmetic Eyelid surgery can create a quite impressive change to faces giving a much more youthful and “bright” appearance to build one’s self-confidence.
Brow Lifts
Brow Lifts are for those who suffer from wrinkled foreheads or heavy brow lines. The Cosmetic Surgeon will subtly lift areas of the skin and the muscle tissues around the forehead and the Eyebrows to eliminate the furrowing of the forehead and the heavy hooding of the brows is removed.
The procedure involves making a number of small incisions behind the hairline to enable the surgeon the modify the muscle structure and tissue of the forehead and the eyebrows, This then gives a more youthful and alert appearance to the face.
NASAL SURGERY (RHINOPLASTY)
Rhinoplasty is one of the most common of all Cosmetic surgery treatments. The procedure can reduce, increase, change the shape of the bridge or the tip of the nose, or narrow the flare of the nose.
For Rhinoplasty the operation takes around 2 hours where the skin is separated from the nasal bone structure and cartilage and then the re-sculpturing takes place. Following the re-sculpturing, the skin is re-draped over the new nasal structure and all the incisions are made around the inside of the nose to avoid visible scarring.
